What will I eat for the five days?
The five days will be full or real whole foods, with recipes that are sugar-free (obviously), dairy free, gluten free and DELICIOUS! This reset isn't about starving yourself or skipping meals. Each meal will be built around lean protein, healthy fats, and fibre so you'll feel full, energized, and won't need to reach for sugary snacks. I've also intentionally made the recipes simple, so you won't be spending the whole five days in the kitchen.
Why is it only five days? Will I really feel any better in such a short amount of time?
Of course I want you to stick with this for the long run, but five days is enough time for me to show you the incredible results you can get. All you have to do is commit to the five days, if you want to go longer, perfect!
I have social events during this time and will be eating out, should I still join?
Why not? What do you have to lose? Even if you'll be eating out, it's just one meal, there are 14 other meals in the plan that you can be on track.
What if I don't like some of the ingredients?

Will I have more energy?
Um, YES! You may feel a little tired and sluggish a few days in depending on your health, this will pass. Then you'll start to feel better than you have before.
Do I have to give up coffee during the reset?
No, I won't pry your fingers off your coffee cup. But I do recommend only having 1 cup per day during the reset and not in a cow's dairy milk latte or with any added sugars/sweetener.
Can I have alcohol during the reset?
During the reset you will cut alcohol out for the five days. Alcohol is hard on the liver and will hinder your progress (since it is only a five day reset) and prevent you from having an amazing result.
